Advance hardware replacement
If a device is dropped or broken in a classroom, we ship a pre-configured replacement right away at no extra charge. Devices remain the property of BreathEasy Campus™ and are maintained and refreshed under your agreement.
All software licenses
The full module suite for the term of the agreement, with unlimited data entry, reporting, and exports. No feature paywalls and no add-on modules to unlock later.
Daily parent email report cards
Automated end-of-day behavior charts to guardians, with a timestamped communication log your team can pull during any meeting.
FERPA & SOC 2 aligned cloud sync
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access control, and a complete audit trail across both modules.
